An Interview with Lucy Dahl
Lucy Dahl is Roald Dahl's daughter. In this interveiw, she talks about where her father got ideas and what it was like growing up with him.
Your Task:
In the interview, Lucy Dahl tells us some of the real life people Roald Dahl’s characters were based on. If you were to base a character on someone or something real in your life, who or what would you choose? Why do you think this person would make a good character?
Write a description of the character you would base on a real person. Include personality as well as appearance in your description. Remember, your writing does not have to be perfect. Just have fun as you create a character.
